I bought a pullover yesterday for $50 because it was the only one left and it happened to be my size. I knew Black Friday was 2 days away but I really wanted it. It was from Macys and the receipt says if the item drops in price within 10 days of the bought date I can get a price adjustment and all I need is my receipt. Should I just bring my receipt to Macys when I go shopping on Black Friday and try to get a little money back? (I'm guessing if the item is still there it's going to be on sale like 40%)

Sure, if that's what the receipt says.

I do it all the time with electronic items in advance of a sale. Both the store and the customer are gambling. They hope that not many people will buy the item full price, check for a sale price, and then ask for the price match. The customer hopes that the item he buys is one of the things that goes on sale. It's all part of the fun :-)
