Any time you are operating any type vehicle and are over the legal limit you get a DUI - age does not matter.
If you are walking around intoxicated (regardless of age) you will then be charged with "public drunk" - being intoxicated in public. So, yes - it is illegal to operate your feet if you are drunk.
Lesson: if you are going to be drunk in public- better not let a cop see ya cause he can get ya. (better choice - don't be drunk in public).

There is NO time frame for ANYTHING to officially go of your record. Most states only report 3 years for a standard check of your driving record. Insurance companies routinely check 5 years. In any case, the record ALWAYS exists. US law prohibits anyone under 21 from drinking alcohol. You could blow a 0.01 and still be convicted of DUI.

It's not the substance of the DUI that's at issue but the legal procedures involved when the subject is a minor. This varies from place. In Iowa, for instance, the cops are sixes and sevens over this. See http://www.iowachiefs.org/Legislative/LegislativeInformation/tabid/103/Default.aspx.

You cannot operate any vehicle while intoxicated. This includes a bicycle.
You can be any age to receive a DUI, however if you are underage, there will be additional charges.

I know I saw a 22 year old get sentenced to 6 months in prison for getting his 4th DUI. In this state you lose your license permanently after 3.

I know of guys on snow-mobiles, ATVs and horses arrested for DUI.
If you are drunk and 'operating' a 'conveyance' you can be convicted at any age (the wording of the statute varies by place).
But a minor MAY or May not be treated as a juvenile. Depends on the judge and the circumstances.

trust me, you'll get in much more trouble if you get a DUI and possession and consumption by a minor and no valid drivers license.
