Is this normal? Jumping around saying "ninjas come out at night?"?

My sister is jumping out of doorways saying "ninjas come out at night!" Is this normal behavior? (she's 31...)

Honnestly No Its not a normal behavier Is she saying unsual things during the day If yes she needs some medical attention

Yes but normal for who? It's funny, I hope she's singing it or creeping it!:) Is she kidding? I would do something like that.

Not normal behavior. I wouldn't mind it. I have quirky behaviors of my own.
