No way. Not only would you be guilty of felony bribery. But, if an officer hasn't turned a ticket in yet then they can always just scratch out the court date and make it a warning. But once a ticket has been turned in the officer has no say in it. It's then up to the prosecutor and ultimately the judge of the court room it goes to. Most officers turn their tickets in every day at the end of shift. Depending on the agency if the officer has a take home patrol car where they don't actually report back to the station at the end of the shift they would still not go more than a day or 2 without being turned in.

across the top of the ticket along with a copy of her statement.
Guess what?
She had to pay that ticket.
