I'm definately voting Democrat this election, This administration has made me ill, and I can't bring myself to vote Republican.
I was leaning towards Obama, Mainly because he is not a typical Politician, and he seems to act out of conviction rather than political influence, and I loved his 2002 speech against going into Iraq, that was an awe inspiring speech.
But after Careful thought, and Meeting Bill Clinton, and hearing him speak last week, I have to go with Clinton. I had a question in mind for Bill Clinton, and he answered it before I could ask it about 30 minutes into his speach. It was about regaining respect and influence with countries around the world and repairing what this admin has done, so that we can truly combat terrorism and be trusted by our allies and countries where terrorists hide. I think Hillary's experience and the fact that Her name is well known and respected by leaders around the world. Regardless of what certain groups and people think in the US, the Clinton name is respected around the world, and that matters a whole lot right now. We have alot of ground to make up and not much time to do it in. Things are getting pretty bad in the world, and if we all enjoy our current way of life than we need to get someone in who can start repairing those bridges that Bush has Burned. we have not truly felt the effects of war, not like they did in WWII, but if things get much worse we will, and that will effect everyone, not just our troops.

It seems as if you want to choose from the Democrats. As I am not a Dem or a Rep, I will say who among the Dems I think is best suited to serve.

I would have to argue that Bill Richardson, Governor of New Mexico, is both the most experienced and best prepared to serve. He has served as a Congressman, Secretary of Energy, and Ambassador to the U.N.

In addition to being well-experienced, he's also fairly moderate. He is pro-gun and pro-death penalty, but also pro-choice and pro-affirmative action. He supports universal health care and wants the U.S. out of Iraq.

What Richardson unfortunately lacks is a great deal of charisma. He does not energize people the way Obama or Edwards can. He's a long shot, but I could see him very well getting on the ticket as a VP should Hillary Clinton be nominated.

Of the Republicans, by the way, I generally think highly of John McCain.

Cheers.

Ron Paul cares about our economic freedom and civil liberties! He understands the constitution was made to limit government for a reason! He believes in a sound economic policy of maximizing the private sector while allowing civil liberties to flourish. He is the only true American left!

I and my whole family voted Bush in 2000. Today we are staunchly Democrat and agree on the most qualified candidate.

5 time Nobel Peace Prize nominee Governor Richardson, who has more expertise and experience than the Junior Senators (Hillary, Barack, and Edwards) combined.

In such a critical time in US History and in such an immensely important job, he has the qualification: US Ambassador, US Energy Secretary, US Congressman and 5 time Nobel Peace Prize nominee for his efforts in peace negotiations with N. Korea, Israel-Palestine, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Cuba...

Healthcare plan to ensure private insurance companies pay 85% of premiums to direct patient care and a "Hero's Card" for all veterans to get free healthcare anywhere they choose.

Experience to deal with immigration humanely. His mother was Mexican.

And respectful enough NOT to force his personal religious views on all US citizens. Less than 100 years ago women gained the right to vote. Today many Republican candidates are promising to relinquish women's right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. How many times does the Declaration of Independence and Constitutional Ammendments have to restate life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness?

First choice is John McCain, but he won't get the Republican nomination. Second choice will be who ever wins the Democrat nomination because I'm tired of the way the Republicans have run the country the last 7 years.

I'm voting for Ron Paul or McCain if either one wins the nomination. If not, I'll vote for Obama. If the two candidates turn out to be Clinton and Giuliani or Edwards and Giuliani, then I will look into Australian citizenship or something.

Clinton. Bush has really screwed us. And he's an embarrassment to the American people.
