Family Guy stewie questions (2)?

Question 1: Sometimes when someone in Family Guy says or does something stupid stewie shows up playing with one of those toys that is a little cup with a ball attached to it and he says " Oh no, i didnt get the ball in the cup! But thats ok! The ball is on a string attached to the cup!" What does that mean?

Question 2: The episode where stewie goes to california to find what he thinks is his dad and it ends up being him in adult version, the episode said "to be continued", how does that episode end?

Question 1: That description was a fake commercial for the Ball in a Cup game. (Try to get the ball in the cup, really simple) and to make it funny. He claims that the simple game was Mexico's favorite.

1) The ball and a cup was a joke commercial they did, so it became a running gag.

2) Stewie find the person is his future self. He goes to the future finds the family is messed up. He hits the older Lois up for money to go back to the past, along the way he kills Chris' evil wife to be. He tries to tell his past self what will happen if he tries to kill Lois but his past self kills his future self with a ray gun (can't have two Stewies running around) He avoid the accident and hopefully his unhappy furture as a nerd. By the way the two episodes you talk about are availble as a stand alone movie which was edited down to episodes for tv.
