Yes, they are. Our McDonald's is open 24/7 except for Christmas Day.

It depends. I work for Mc Donald's in Wash state and we are privately owned and all 6 stores are closed and won't open again until 6am tomorrow. Christmas is actually one of their busiest days so they are still open 24 hours. They do close on Christmas Eve though. Our store closed at 11 am this morning after breakfast.
