Well , I'm 4'11 or five feetish? I had anorexia when I was 12 and just recovered it a few months ago (now 13). Can I possibly grow taller? Can I grow at least 5'3 or 5'4 at my potential? My mom is 5'2 and my dad is 5'5. My older brother is 5'8. Also if I go talk to the doctor about my height, what will they do? And plz don't say to get hormone shots or anything involving with pills D:

You can grow until you are about 18-19.

Hey!

Your 13! Of course you will grow. But I don't think you will grow past 5'3. But that's an average womans height, so you won't be short!
Just eat a LOT of vitamins. Vitamin C, D, A...all will help a LOT. And play a sport that strecthes you a bit, like basketball or swimming. Eat a lot of carrots, oranges, grapefruit, and dark greens. Try and be in the sun a lot, too!

Good Luck!

Anorexia can slow your growth. If it's severe enough, can stunt it. Not to mention cause your bones to become weak and brittle. So the best thing to do is stay off those stupid extreme diets, and see what happens. I quit growing when I was 13, but a lot of people don't.

I was 5'6'' in grade nine and thought I'd stopped growing. I measured myself in grade twelve and I was almost 5'8''. I haven't grown since. You'll probably grow another inch or two. If you go to a doctor, they'll probably tell you the same thing. There isn't much they can do for you.

I would just say eat healthy and allow you body the proper nutrients. Women don't stop growing untill their mid twenties so you still have time, but as far as how tall you'll be, that's up to genetics.
