Allrecipes.com. Just type in turkey and you wouldn't believe how many different recipes you will find. Turkey sanwiches are great, but a nice Turkey Divan or Turkey Rice Soup, let's you switch it up a bit.

No, but there is lots of ham for sandwiches.The shrimp that I made from the cook book you gave me went so fast I could not believe it !
