No. Science has proven there is almost no risk in cousins that marry. Why do some people in the USA have the wacky idea that this is inbreeding? All over the world cousins marry. Siblings no, cousins no problem.

Did YOU know that most of the time, most cousins only share a miniscule amount of genetic material? thats also true.
And, yes, the Pharos of acient egypt did do that. However, most africans have a wider selection of genes,and fewer gentic diseases. Its true. i leanrd that in history 2yrs ago(world history before 1914)

2 of my auntie and uncles are cousins and they had normal children.
This was in the 60's of course.
They went on to have a happy married life.
I don't like it ,but who am I to judge.
