be honest please. this guy i work with and we have been flirting for the past 3 months. he would always give me hugs all the time, and one time after work he asked me if i had a boyfriend and what do i look for in a guy. he also told me that he has been single for a year because in his past relationship his girl cheated on him. and i remember one time when he hugged me he slightly touched my *ss. but anyways i know for a fact that he was interested in me and i fell for him hard. so one day we were talking on msn and i asked him when he wants to chill cuz he would always say i should come over and visit him sometime and he said "i have to see when im available" i was like okay. also before i asked him if he was talking to anyone meaning if he is dating anyone and he said no. then 2 weeks later we have this conversation on msn:

me-wat u doing friday
him- im going shopping in new york
me- thats too bad i was gonna tell u im free fri
him- lol so how are the boys treating u? have you found that special one yet
me- no have u?
him- ye im kind of talking to someone right now
me- really who
him- lol u wouldnot know her
me- I don’t understand u
him- I mean u don’t know her so if I tell u her name it is pointless
me- noo not that, nvm
him- what then tell me
me- lol u play games
him- I don’t play games. I didn’t lead u on, cuz if I did I would have kissed you up and stuff but I didn’t. we didn’t talk on the phone everyday, we didn’t even chill outside of work. I didn’t lead u on, sure we flirted here and there but it was all verbal, nothing physical.
Me- ok true but u did other things to make me think otherwise
Him- all I did was give u hugs and asked you questions to get to know u…

Then he goes offline.
okay so my question is does he know that i obviously like him???? and why did he push me away?

Flirting helps pass the time. Even if he thought he could be interested in you, he had second thoughts about it. Maybe because you work together. Idk.

Let it go, make it seem like you don't care. He wants to play games, do you really want to get more hurt? Also, I think you read a little too much into the situation.
