I kinda like the new system, almost gives you the identity of the complaintant by listing their complaint, Now I know who the troll was. do you like this new feature also?

I try not to violate any one unless they get rediculous or are classless toward our female community. All in all, I believe violating someone for a harmless joke (Not mean or offensive) or answering a question with stanch partisism are thin skined and spinless. When we violate people for having other oppinions we are not being supportive of the free speach we should feel comfortable useing here.

Just disagree and get over it. Thats my opinion and the American way.

I'm not the speach police here and don't care if people chat or joke or do any thing that doesn't cross a hard line.
I don't believe any one, lib or republican, should be afraid of what they say here unless they are just being taste less and cruel.
I'm not narcasistic enough to play hall monitor here. got more important things to do in my life and NO BODY changes their oppinion due to what is said here. So it would just be a power trip to be a violation hound. Plus ,I respect my freedom of speach too much for that.

I do... I appeal the violation report every time I get one (not frequent, but more than I feel is right).

What new feature are you talking about? I haven't seen a violation report that gives you the identity of the complaintant.... oh, and not all complaintants are trolls... some actually do have legitimate complaints to report. When did this new feature go into effect?

Whenever I report a violation, I always explain exactly what the violation is... and I usually only "violate" someone when there is a flagrant violation, not one of those dumb "subjective" ones ... like "insults" "rudeness" or "hurtful words." Even things like "chat" I usually do NOT report, but I do tend to "warn" the violator that they are "chatting" and that Y-A doesn't approve of it, and that some scuzbag might report them for it.

Have a right-wing day.

Hmmm Haven't received a violation under the new way.. but before it was quite annoying to receive a violation notice for usually very petty things... to lose points from what amounted to a suppression of opinions. Maybe things will improve.. I do have my doubts tho...

I don't care....period. I violate people all the time.

And I don't mind if they spew hate at me...for Christ's sakes...Yahoo is the last place were we can all say what we want...Human beings need venues like this...to just get it all out without fear.

Grow thick skin people.
Liberal and Demos despise me....mainly because I'm right...but hey that is their freedom to do so. And I would never dream to take that away from them. Because at the end of the day....we are freaking Americans man.

yeah i do. i try hard to fight the good fight against liberal extremism and it gets really annoying when some liberal cant handle the truth and hides behind the reporting venue. its really annoying.
