Did not overeat-for once. Ate the usual stuff. Had homemade rolls that were the best things I had ever tasted in my 50+ years of life. Yum!!

I did'nt over eat because i care to much about my image.
I only over eat on Christmas :)

6 raw cookies with raw chocolate syrup and banana chips and a salad and now i'm driking hot coco with some virgin
