Oops, here is the answer... misunderstood the question before

- Open the message in 'Sent Items' folder
- Select 'Actions' from toolbar
- Choose 'Recall Message'

NOTE: This only works if you are an Exchange server

Sorry but you can't. It's already been sent to the persons e-mail address and cannot be deleted by you. You would have to have direct access to their address. Both e-mail address and password are required. And if you logged onto anothers address without their permision it is a violation of their privacy.

Dont think you can, once its been sent you cant retrieve it IMO
