Yes. "Most" FBI agents have American JD law degrees and are lawyers in one or more US States, but they also hire people with non-law degrees for specific jobs.

For the offices dealing with International issues, they might well have a spot for someone with an Australian law degree. Drop them a line and ask.

You are probably over-qualified. All your education need for FBI job is GED/High School diploma.
