Like a cooderator for the counseling services that some people get with or as they are getting treatment ???

Only if its a court ordered counseling sessions and then the courts themselves monitor the results. Sometime some counseling sessions are discussed with a supervisor for whatever reason but are done on a generalization basis and no real names are given. If a supervisor or employer of a counselor receive too many complaints about a certain counselor, tht counselor either is dismissd or sent for further training, but all counselor - patient information is strictly confidential

I don't think so. It is confidential between counsellor and the person who is getting the treatment.
