I am okay in English. I am 17 and I am studying English since the age of 3. But the problem is that I am willing to write novellas or novels if it went fine. Although my English is good, writing English novels is another thing.

What should I do to not sound a non-English native speaker?

There are books around that help you to write better stories, improve your spelling and your grammar. Some even have exercises you can do to help improve. I would say start with children's school books, but your English seems a bit beyond that (Which is a good thing!!)

I think getting an English thesaurus and dictionary would also be a good idea, plus an idiom dictionary at a later stage to explain all the wierd expressions we use.

First of all instead of saying "I am studying English since the age of 3," you should say, "I have been studying English since the age of 3."
I suggest once you have written your novel, have a native English speaker look it over to change little details like this one.

Read newspapers and more novels and take note of how they deliver stories. You have to know what your style should be in writing so looking at different kinds of writing styles through more reading.

You can always start with outlining though of your whole story so you would have a good overview of the whole body of your story.

Goodluck with your writing and I hope it would turn out to be really great. It's my frustration but I didn't grow up with English also so. (^_^')

on condition that English is this kind of pretty spoken language, human beings locate it universal that non-community audio gadget convey their personal accent into it. the element is, human beings infrequently ever learn a overseas language sufficient to talk it and they not in any respect truly attempt to pronounce precise. they basically take it with none interest, the very incontrovertible reality that really everyone could communicate English. and then there is the former stereotype about human beings being nicely... no longer very sensible.... yet another excuse may be large emmigration from around the international in route of the U. S. and human beings coming decrease back to thier community u . s . after many years and having a ludicrous accent and pretending to have forgotten their personal language.
