Advise is a verb and advice is a noun.

You can advise somebody.
You can give somebody advice.

The pronunciation is different as well.

Advise = verb (doing word)
Advice = noun (thing)

You advise someone,
but you give advice to someone.
You can't give advise to someone.

Also they're pronounced different.
