How do you get double sided tape off a wall without leaving marks behind?

I have a wall that is covered in double sided tape. I´m battling to remove it. Any suggestions?

What are the ingredients of wd-40? I live in South America so not sure I can get it.
bytw hairdrier didn´t work :-(

If you can't get wd-40 try mineral spirits.

spray w/ wd-40 let soak for a few moments and it will come right off, use soapy sponge to wash wall after

get a hairdryer and heat it up. then it should peel off with the sticky stuff still on.
