I had my baby son 6 months ago and breast fed for 3 months. But since I've stopped, my boobs are flat and much lower than before! I know most women have this after pregnancy, but it's really making me self-concious as I'm only 22 and it was my first pregnancy. Will excercise help or just make me look even flatter?? Help!

First get the best and most supportive bra you can and get proffessionally measured to make sure you are wearing the right size and type of bra for your new body. You are young and yur skin is still very eleastic and you have some hope that with time things might improve. In the meantime, son't make a bad situation worse... get a great bra and get a comfy but supportive all cotton bra to sleep in.

That's why I never breastfed either of my children. I'm 49 and still have great looking full and not saggy boobs...my 25 yr old sister breastfed her son until he was about 6 months old and hers look like two fingers hanging down from her chest.

I do have the same problem 22 with saggy boobs LOL never would of thought about saggy boobs because my boobs and butt are my greatest assets but you know what, people wont notice, if you get a push up bra it'll help too. If it's about that intimacy thing, trust me he'll still love it.

Only implants have a chance to help.

Stop berating yourself. You look great to the people that love you.
