Well, there are many way to be conscious of one's health. There is basic hygiene, monitoring what one eats, getting proper exercise, drinking the right amount of water, getting regular medical checkups, including the proper innoculations as needed, and then there are the major areas of health one may be having to deal with on a regular basis, such as a cronic illness like diabetes, or lung disease, etc.

Overall, I think about my health, receive regular checkups, am getting as much physical exerices as my condition allows, and try to eat and drink healthy.

However, I still eat things which are not considered very healthy, such as sweets, and too many carbohydrates. I enjoy my red meats, and should reduce that intake, but can't seem to let it go. I probably don't exercise as much as I should because I have a serious physical limitation.

Overall, I try to take care of myself, eat as well as I can, etc.

I am not overly health conscious, but am moderatly so. I probably could do better, but I am also not a hypocondriac. I don't see illness at every sneeze, cold, or bump. lol
