Each year a few people get famous for doing it. They are on the news all over Europe, dead or seriously wounded by the bulls.

This is one of the stupid things mostly just the tourists do. Most Europeans do frown on it, as we see it as torture of bulls, first they are driven through a town, alien ground and often get hurt in the fray, then they are slowly tortured to dead in an arena.
