1) put the fingers in cold water (not ice water because ice can burn too)
2) after a few minutes make a baking soda paste (baking soda and water) and put the paste onto the burns. It'll sooth the pain and help prevent it from blistering.

run under cold water for 5-10 minutes.
i think i've also heard a trick about soaking it in lemon juice? not sure, but its either lemon or honey, or both (separately) because its a natural soother.
but be sure to keep ice on it! use cocoa butter on it too, so it doesnt leave marks.
feel better=]

Ice and cold water. Then Neosporin anti-biotic ointment to take the pain away. If the burn is serious, then she must go to the hospital.

okay DO NOT EVER put her fingers in ice they just freeze her fingers and make it sting more. Put her fingers under WARM water and get a small (soaked with warm water) towel and put her fingers in there for about 5-15 minutes.

you shouldn't be putting ice or anything that is frozen cold on a burnt finger because it actually destroys the tissue in the affected area, it's best to soak it in a running water
