The combined pill confusion :p?

Question

Right ok, i took my last pill in my pack on tuesday, but now (thursday night) i would like to carry on to the next pack without a break, do you think this will be ok because i know that your supposed to take it the next day if your not having a break but do any of you know/think it will be fine for me to take it tomorrow?

If one is going on vacation (giving an example) it can be ok to take the pill in this fashion but I would recommend checking with your doctor to see what they say.
