At the moment it is statutory rape. It would be different if she was 18 and you were 21, then it would be acceptable. The age difference isnt too great, as a matter of fact it is a good age difference for most people. Unfortunately the age difference when she is 15 is not considered acceptable. Its crazy, I know because she and you are quite capable of being in love. If your love is meant to be, then it will last a very long time. Just be patient, she will come of age eventually.

In Washington State 16 is age of consentual sex. However by law even though YOU are only 17 (remember consentual sex is 16) and she was UNDER age 16 at the time YOU had sex and YOU were the elder that can still be considered sexual assault because age of sexual consent is 16...not 15.

The age of consent in Washington State is 16. You're breaking the law. It may not matter that you have the parent's consent concerning the relationship, social services and law enforcement will take a different view.

The law states that as long as the two of you are within 5 years of age of each other and neither partner is under the age of 15, you cannot be sent to prison for statutory rape. However, as she is so young and you as well, I suggest using two or three different forms of contraceptives as you are both certainly not ready for a life long commitment of being strapped to each other with a child neither of you can afford.

Let her go until later in life. Give her the chance to date around and if yall are meant to be you will be. Don't mess up and end up in jail with some black guy with a 12" cock standing behind you in the shower. Sounds harsh but the truth hurts

I strongly advise you to stop having sex with her. You are already a pedophile according to state laws. If the cops get involved and you do get convicted, you will be forced to register as a sex offender everywhere you live for the rest of your life.

I don't make the laws. I just do my part to enforce them.

Good luck. Be careful. Don't mess up your life. You are an adult now and could be prosecuted as one as well.

You will be arrested in ANY state if her parents complain.

Why in the hell don't you find a girl YOUR age? I cannot believe the 2 of you have anything in common--besides sex.
