The water comes strong compared to other sink next to it but they both look the same however somehow this sink's water ends up splashing all over. What can I do? I have tools.

Check and see that the areator (the little screw-on piece with the screen in the end) is on the fawcet, and in good condition. Also, you might try partially closing the two shut off valves beneath the sink to limit flow to the fawcet.

Your aerator is the small screen assembly on the end of your faucet.
It will unscrew and should be replaced.

This will fix your problem
