cps came in my home and recorded my kids during an investigation of neglect or abuse. we told them not to ask them about there private areas and they did anyway. then they told me it was not my exwife who reported it.

they are supposed to obtain a parents or attorneys permission first after telling them they intend to record it and either is suppose to be present during questioning and have the right to stop the questioning at any time during.If a recording was obtained without any of this, it can be tossed out of any court proceeding for violating a minors rights

Whatever the laws may state, CPS has a way of making up (and following) their own rules. Get yourself a good attorney.

they are playing your little ones. that's a double whammy. the 1st poster has some good suggestion. The foster care gets paid via the government to "babysit" your little ones(which you will in all probability be asked to pay baby help for) and then they deliver them to daycare claiming they have no time for them even nevertheless ITS THEIR activity and that they are getting PAID TO(!!! !!!) so that they deliver them off to a pair daycare time-honored at the same time as the daycare reaps in the dough from the state additionally- little ones=huge greenbacks to the government. remember if no one made money off of cps it wouldnt exist while you evaluate it is the way our government runs.

they CAN record or ask anything needed if abuse is suspected! you must know that the kids are going to tell who and how they are being abused
