Does the Tube run frequently on 26 December? Does anyone know where I can check to see schedule availability? I'm an American with a flight leaving at 7:30 from Heathrow, so the latest I can be there, I estimate, is 6:45. I'm staying in Oxford Circus (that's my nearest station). Any suggestions that don't involve shelling out about 50 Pounds for two people?

If you have a flight leaving at 7:30 you will need to be at the airport by 5:30 at the earliest. There is never a train which will get you there that early in the morning. There aren't any National Express coaches until 9:30 either.

Unfortunately no trains can get you to the airport that early. A black cab would be quite expensive but you may be able to book a minicab in advance which should only cost about £15 each...
