McCanns: Kate and Gerry are still the MAIN SUSPECTS ?

We read with little surprise that the Portuguese police are preparing to halt their investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann - but insist that her parents remain the prime suspects.

Is it time to halt the case and just leave Kate and Gerry as the MAIN SUSPECTS until evidence materialises to charge them ? Or should the Portuguese Police at the very least charge the two with serial Child Neglect ?

Hopefully as time goes on someone's conscience will get the better of them, or else someone will slip up and the truth will come out, otherwise this case may forever remain unsolved. I feel bad for saying it but I'm all McCanned out now. Unfortunately I can't see any end in sight, for good or for bad. I do believe that we will never really get to the bottom of what happened to Madeline, and we will only be left with our own opinions and assumptions. But honestly i do think that we should all move on, however difficult that may be.

its that simple they're neglect led to this situation, every time i voice my opinion i get told im insensitive but i have the right o say they did wrong and enabled the situation to happen. what really happend to maddie is not known and may never be.
if gerry and kate lived on a council estate and left the kids alone to play bingo then they would have been charged a long tim ago.
