For my sweet 16 next year, I want to go to a Giants vs. A's baseaball game (I live in the bay area) and watch the game in the suite. We would get there by limo. It would be me and 15 friends.
For the invites, I was thinking to write on actual baseballs and give them to the people.
Does this sound fun, and do you have any tips to make it better???

i think your going to have the coolest party ever. maybe they can get the scoreboard to say happy sweet 16 to you and get some autographs from some players before the game. But even without that your birthday sounds awesome

A beach bash would be awesome if you live somewhat near a beach (if it's more than an hour away, don't bother because people won't want to drive that far). Themes....umm....if you really like music you could focus on a certain category of music (i.e. hip hop, rock, 80s...) Above all, just aim for your guests to have fun. Loud music, great food, etc. It's better to have a party with no theme but have a lot of fun than have a themed party that everyone's bored at. Get cans of silly string or something and watch chaos break out.

It sounds really good. It'll be really expensive, though. You might not want to go if you're a Giants fan, because the A's will most likely kill them. Also, just make sure everyone you're inviting likes baseball.

that's awesome. you could also give them the actual ticket with the baseball that would be cool hope you have a great time!. i think i want to do something like that for my sweet 16 expect not with the limo. traffic would be horrible in Philadelphia we always take the subway

You might actually have more fun in the bleachers. The suites are pretty removed from the actual experience.
Or you could rent some boats and watch from McCovey's Cove--combine it into a pool party?
