Bush appears to be a highly insecure person with a lot of paranoia toward others. Money has little to do with it. Yes, he tends to make weak jokes about too many things, grins when he answers tough questions, and, significantly, gives everyone a nickname (an odd trait that is common among insecure people who have a strange difficulty with addressing people by their real names.)
