Dont use anything with alchohol! or at least try not to as it may discolor your dash

WD40 is prob the safest.... spray it and let it soak for a min or two and the adhesive will come off with a rag.

In a hardware or household goods shop (e.g Robert Dyas) you can buy "sticky-stuff remover" which you spray on, leave for a few seconds (or a few minutes for a thicker residue) and wipe off.

However, be careful what you use near the passenger airbag door - the sticker may have caused significant damage, which could in some cars require a new main dashboard moulding to repair.

Rubbing (isoproypl) alcohol, like the wipes that a nurse will use when you get a shot, it is about $1 for 100 of them, in pharmacy section of stores. Works great on any sticky labels and leaves no residue at all.
