You need to download the ISO file of Ubuntu. Then you need to go to google and find yourself an ISO File DVD Burner program. After you have downloaded both these things, burn the ISO File to a DVD or CD (depending on the ISO files size). Then just install it like any other OS. Pop it into the computer turn it off and turn it back on.

I hope this helps you. =]

P.S. I'm 13... Yay!!!!

A driver for the netgear wg111v2? Were talking about the USB stick right?
This one is a bit tricky, because there are actually two different versions of the wg111v2. On some of these WG111v2 sticks you can just plug it in and Ubuntu will find the driver for you, then all you have to do is type your network password (if any), and then you're connected! (this is called "working out of the box").

On other WG111v2 sticks on the other hand, it's not that simple..
What you'll have to do then is to install something called Ndiswrapper, (you can find it in Synaptic Package Manager), and install a driver manually, and that's were all the code comes into the picture. The code is just commands that you give Ubuntu to make it do what you want. You type the code into the terminal. The terminal is found under Applications --> Accessories --> Terminal.

What I would suggest you do is to just plugin your wg111v2, and see if it works, if not, make sure you have set the correct password and encryption type (like WEP, or WPA or none).
If it still doesn't work after you're completely sure the password and everything is correct, then you should try looking at threads in the ubuntuforums, there are some good threads concerning the WG111v2, here is one you might want to look at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=615568&highlight=wg111

The thread also has links to drivers that are to be used with ndiswrapper. If there's something you don't understand, or if it doesn't work, just post in the thread, and people will help you. The people on ubuntuforums are known for being helpful and friendly.
