Braid nailer, roof stapler, framing gun etc. Essentially I want to buy one compressor to run my finish work and frame work.

Is 135 psi sufficient?

In addition to the maximum pressure, you need to consider the speed of the compressor in building/maintaining pressure, especially for the framing nailer. There are lots of tiny, cheap compressors being sold that claim 150 or 200 psi but the delivery rate is way too slow for construction use.

135 psi is good enough to run those tools but it will be running constantly when you use the roofing gun and you'll probably end up doing alot of waiting for the pressure to come up.I know 15 psi does not sound like much but you'll be happier in the long run if you spend some extra $$ now and get a 150psi model

100 psi is lots.
Check the CFM's (cubic feet per minute) as well.
Otherwise it may not be able to keep up with the nailer.

you need to consider the cfm capacity and at what pressure in order to run your tools properly.
