I think they can. If a team as injured as they were in the last game could almost beats a team like the pats they can definatly come back and win in a playoff rematch.
Right now the Colts are just having a tough time, but theyve still got 6 weeks to get healthy a nd rolling again, whereas the patriots, however good they may be, are going to be met with some kind of bad luck this season. It happens to every team. Yes, they may go 16-0, but that means nothing in the post season, besides home feild advantage.
Patriots simply look way better than they really are at the moment. Dont get m e wrong, theyre a great team, but honestly, they are running up the score, no matter what they say. If they were playing conservative football they would not be scoring 40+points and tom brady would not have thrown 38 TDs....I mean look what happened when the met the Colts(with significant injuries), they barely escaped with a W, and Tom Brady didnt have quite the game he usually did, did he? The fact is, the pats have had no compitition, their division is the easiest in the league and one of these days, somethings going to go wrong, and the pats and pats fans will realize that they arent all that...

NO! Here's why:
You have to take into account the Pats had no decent WR's for Brady to throw to. Thier best was Caldwell who had a whopping 36 catches for the season....just 36 and he was the team's leader. Caldwell also dropped what would have been the game winning catch late in the game when he was totally uncovered. He could have caught the ball where he was standing and not moved at all....it would have been a 1st down and the Pats would have run out the clock. Instead he looked downfield before he had the ball and it went thru his hands. The nearest defender was at least 25 yards away when the ball got to him!
On top of that the Pats entire defense was hit with the flu. This is why the Colts cranked up the heat in the dome to 97 degrees. It zapped them of all their energy and they quickly became dehydrated and cramped up.
The Pats of last year are long gone, much, much better team this year. The Colts on the other hand are the ones struggling now. If Peyton can't get things together when he's missing only ONE WR, he's got bigger issues.
If they don't improve, I can easily see the Colts getting bounced out of the playoffs in the 1st round, probably by the Jags....heck, it could even be the Browns!

I just can't see how to beat NE. Indy had a great game plan last time. They let the Pats sit in a nickel and ran addai down their throats. They held the ball and gave Brady very little opportunity to hurt them. But still, when they needed to, the Pats rung up 150 yds and 2 tds through the air in the 4th on the #1 pass D in the league. If they keep their focus, they're the closest thing to invincible I've ever seen.

I hoped so but now I don't think so. They have a few injuries now, Freeney is a huge loss. They can still play them tough, but will now have to do it in New England. I think the Colts are built to play and win outside the dome, but New England is just too good. I hate the Pats--they're a historically a fickle fan base of pretensious front-runners, most of whom think that their helmets always had that awful "Flying Elvis" logo and they f**ked us in Connecticut over by using us to leverage a new stadium deal. But they are in my estimation unbeatable this year. The Colts were the last chance for anyone to top them. Now this boring season of that poor-dressed Belichick and his camera crew of spies and that boy band he calls a quarterback had the whole thing wrapped up before Veterans Day. It's Thanksgiving and I already can't wait for pitchers and catchers to report. Sad.

Colts controlled 3 quarters without Marvin. Colts didnt play Marvin because they are focused on winning a Super Bowl. Colts resolve will prevail in Kraft Stadium again.
Pats are NOT focused on the Super bowl but on their statistics. Pats will fail when it matters. Pats fans brace yourself.

definitely
consider this against the patriots the colts literally had 2 healthy receivers with moorehead and Wayne and they were missing the starting left tackle who gets Peyton's blindside.
On defense they were missing 2 starting linebackers and they still did the best job of anyone this season
once Marvin Harrison and tony ugoh, and the rest of the line are back Peyton will get better coverage and with Marvin back Clark will be open over the middle to exploit the old linebackers of the patriots game over the patriots are overrated they play in the worst division in football and i welcome the challenge.

Yea, they played great this year, but couldn't hold on a 10 point fourth quarter lead. Remember I picked Colts-Cowboys in the super bowl.
