Nah... three zeros representing their level of skill.
England has reach a very unenviable position.... two managers have already turned the job down and Mourinho indicated already he is not interested. NOBODY APPEARS TO WANT THE JOB. This is total crisis !!!
This is why they are all turning the job down:
MANAGERS ARE NOT THERE TO TEACH PLAYERS HOW TO PLAY FOOTBALL. They are there to manage already existent skill. The English players have to know that they are useless.

very funny but u have a joke there though. this period's been very bloody: no stand-out english talent (Owen's permently on the injured list, Rooney's temper is more than his talent) in the premier league, no english coach to lead the national league, no european action for english national team...
