You must be a Missouri fan. In that case I pick Kansas.

Kansas will be facing the toughest defense they have faced all year, and Mizzou's defense isn't even that great. Big problem for KU. Being undefeated is impressive, but who they beat is very unimpressive. Three teams 1 game over .500 and one of those teams is a AA team.
Mizzou has so many options on the offensive side of the ball, the best TE combination, the most exciting player behind Timmy Tebow, Maclin, and can run the ball effectively. Oh wait I forgot about the O'Brein and Heisman candidate Chase Daniel.
Kansas has been putting a scrapy team together, no hyped players. All average, all play great together. Aqib Talib is everywhere on the field, does he even take a break? Todd Reesing has been near perfect past the Kansas St. game.
Missouri's defense's core will be their front four. They have a great game, Kansas will be lucky to still be fighting in the 4th quarter. William Moore has been excellent since the loss of once possible All-Big 12 safety Pig Brown.
Kansas's defense is ranked higher than Missouri's but the best offense they have played is Florida International. Ok not really, but there really hasn't been one, sure Nebraska scored 39, but that was because Kansas kept giving them the ball back from scoring. Talib will have to have to guard 4 receivers by himself, Coffman, Rucker, Franklin, and Maclin. Not going to happen.
Missouri 41
Kansas 31
The best game in the KU-MU history and the best game in Arrowfield in as many years. Either way, I feel like the winner will win the Big 12 and rumble with LSU but will lose.

These two teams have been very impressive all season.
KU has had trouble scoring on their opening drive all season. Their opening drive tonight is crucial to set the tone and get their crown riled up behind them. If KU can put a TD on the board to begin the game, I'd like to see what Daniel will do to answer. Daniel did not play well at OU when the Tigers fell behind. He gave up a costly fumble for a TD that sealed the game for the Sooners.
As for Ressing playing from behind, he led quick strikes against CU and KState to retake the lead. He especially showed great resilience in the KState game when he did not play well in the 1st half.
Has Daniel really had to play from behind all season? They were even ahead during the 4th quarter in the OU game and he choked it away.
I really don't know... but I think KU will pull this one out and surprise the "other half"* of the nation who still thinks they are pretenders
* Yahoo Sports and ESPN polls results have Americans split almost 50-50 on tonight's outcome

It really does not matter who wins this game. Looks like LSU-Ohio State or W. Virginia will be in the NC game. They are both good teams in there conference but if they faced Ohio State or Lsu they would be beaten bad. Lets just get into the good season they have had and believe they can do it 2 years in a row. Ohio State is there every year and LSU seems to produce good seasons also. So lets be real.!!

Then why will Missouri be lifted up after they beat K.U. All the Big 12 teams are overrated, they play 5 conference games and 6 patsies!
