How can one actively oppose the "killing" of small groups of non-living cells, while strongly supporting the unnecessary slaughter of thousands of innocent Iraqi men, women, and children? You say you are "PRO-LIFE"?

I believe the point you are trying to make is a very good one. It also may bring into relief that perhaps, the value of life here is different than in Iraq in our estimation subconsciously.

Let me explain it to you. When we say we are "pro-life" we mean that we do not believe in the killing of innocent, unborn babies. That's all it means. Sometimes wars are necessary, as in the case of the current war on terror. As in every single war that has ever been fought, anywhere in the world, some innocent people are going to die. That's an inescapable fact of life. No one who supports killing terrorists, who need killing, SUPPORTS the death of innocent civilians. You know it and I know it. So save the "pro-life" term for it's appropriate use, being against abortions. No more, no less. You don't try to apply the term "pro-choice" to the choice of whether to stay or hit in blackjack, do you?

just to point this out, most ranting fanatic pro-lifers are misinformed about partial birth abortions. They believe it is anything but a very rare procedure that is performed only when the life of the mother is in danger, and the child cannot be saved.
This is obvious in the examples they use in their questions, is always an example of partial birth abortions.

They are also so misinformed, where they cannot see how it will cause us to pay more taxes to enforce the ban on abortion, while achieving absolutely nothing but making them happy that they finally won the ban.
Supply and demand....where there is a demand, someone will always be willing to supply it, especially if they get to charge more for it.
