Are their any printing companies in your area? If so they may give you some off cut or trim and some times they will cut it to a size you could use , if you ask them.

Hi:
How about using the computer you sent your question here on and use Microsoft Word and buy a Cd -Rw Cd than for mat it and put/ or save your stories on that. and keep going that computer you used for your question and write some more . Also check and see if you can buy a used computer on eBay you might find one for 200 to 400 dollars or buy a Brother word processor for about 100 dollar and use 3.5 inch floppy dishes I still they still make them.
Hope this helps

Write on both sides of the paper. Reduce margins on left, right, bottom and top. Reduce the size of the letters.
Or, I have another idea. Make it a short story. Make the main character fatally fall down slipping on a banana skin. It is a decent ending for a good story. If he continues to live you will be ruined.

Then search for oneside papers, use the interior of long covers/envelopes which you get through post. Cut open them properly and use them. Tell your friends not to waste their postal covers/envelopes and ask them to give it to you. If there is a will, there is a way.

I suggest you buy a computer. You can get a second hand one that's fine for word processing for as little as $10.

I use a lot of abbreviations;
b'day for birthday,
w/o for without
appt for appointment.
thru for through
It saves space and ink.
