cry? no
not feel cold? no, they do feel cold. this is why tropical fish need heaters (including bettas)

It depend on how the Fish is smart.
A smart fish will cry& will not sleep&will not feel cold.

i don't think so. they can't sleep because of the danger they are in and they can't cry because no one will help them and about the feeling cold. they have too. the sea water is cold. so i don't thinks so.

Some fish are tropical, so they need heat. Others don't.

I doubt it, as far as I know fish have short-term memory loss. They look at you for 3 seconds and forget. Anyway, as for emotion I don't think they have any.
