I'm sitting here in agony I just started my period the menstrual cramps are so bad I have no medicine and all the nearby stores are closed. HELP!!!!!!!

Warm baths and using a heating pad or hot water bottle can help with some of this. If the cramping is so severe that you can't function I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

If it's just cramps that you're having problems with....Use a heating pad or hot water bottle against your tummy. If it still hurts really badly put one on your tummy and one on your lower back. You could try massaging your tummy and lower back. You can take a hot bath...the heat will relax your muscles at your uterus and make the contractions easier to handle. Sometimes exercise will actually help. Try doing some sit ups if nothing else helps.
*I have heard that eating a banana helps but have never tried it.

Heat up a hot-water bottle or magic pad, wrap it in a towel and lie down with it on your abdomen. The warmth will help the cramps.

Put hot substances on where it hurts. Drink lots of water. Take advil or take a warm bath.
Try hard to relax, lay down pop in a movie stretch a little

Take a nice hot relaxing bath, get into nice fresh Jammie's, a bar of chocolate, hot water bottle and a good TV show! works wonders

oooo... wish i could help you, i've got cramps before that were so bad i thought i was going to die. But then i turned vegetarian and soon to be vegan and don't have them anymore. Good luck!

take hot water bottle and drink hot choclate and rest it helps in getting rid of cramps and bleeding easier.

i always find just lying on the floor on my back or side helps.not sure why try it! mayb a bath for the heat other wise itl just past soon

Put a hot water bottle on your stomach, that sumtimes helps.
