In my personal opinion, the best steakhouse: Emeril Lagassi's Delmonico's in the Venetian. Best place to chat up Palms (any) or MGM Grand (Studio 54), best for Blackjack/Roulette: Golden Nugget on Fremont St. downtown. Best Strip club: Crazy Horse Too or Deja Vu, best bars: Take your pick. Best buffet: at the Wynn hands down!
Don't forget to check out all the free outdoor attractions, Bellagio, Mirage, Wynn and TI, Stratosphere, etc. Have a massage at the Bellagio Spa. Walk up and down the Strip casually and go in and out of each casino/hotel. Have fun!

There are strips clubs all over, you may want to ask around when you get to LV. The place to be 'seen' right now is the Hard Rock or the Palms hotel, lots of people to meet there. Paris Hilton and Britney and the likes of P. Diddy hang out there. For black jack, try the MGM, they also have a club there "studio 54" and it's pretty jumpin. Treasureisland has a pretty good buffet, and the cost isn't over 20.00 for all you can eat.
