Gender has nothing to do with cleaning. So whether you are male or female, the house still needs to be cleaned. Just do it.

Everyone should clean the house. They use it, they clean it.
The best way to approach this is to "clean as you go." If everyone would leave a room the way it should be when they are through in there then that area would always be clean, thus eliminating the need to clean it.
You don't have to clean a clean house.

Try it...it works!

Yes they should at least help clean the house, if you are married and help clean the house you will have more recreation time with your wife if you both pitch in and clean and get the job done, especially if you are both working. A woman appreciates a man that will help with the household responsibilities.

Not only of course, but how dare you have the nerve to even ask that question! You sound lazy jerk trying to control someone into doing what is your responsibility
I have a housekeeper come in weekly and I still expect to clean up after myself. The only reason I have someone come in and do the heavy work is because I can make more $ at work (and brownie points) than it costs me to hire someone.

No - live like a pig. Or wait, are you expecting someone else to pick up after you - like hired help? If you have someone take care of cleaning your home for you, making sure what you eat with and where you eat it is clean, what you wear while you eat it is clean, you know - all that stuff is clean - then why bother lifting a hand to help someone, isn't that what you pay them for? Just because you made it dirty.........

Yes, I feel that you should at least do half of the work. If you do, it will pleasantly surprise people and show that you care.
