So, from what I've read on here, it's possible to go onto the administrator's account and install programs using safe mode.
I've heard you can restart the computer then click F8 on the computer that takes you to safe mode somehow.
That enables you to go onto the admin's account and install/download from there.
But after installing/downloading is complete, is it possible to go back to normal mode with the original admin password and everything?
If anything extra needs to be know, please ask.

When you are finished in Safe Mode, you will get the option to "EXIT." When you click Exit, you are returned to Windows.

Restart your computer to get to Safe Mode:
-> Power on or Restart
>>>As soon as you see the system trying to load (it will probably be black and white)
>>>and before Windows tries to load,
>>>press and hold the F8 key.
>>>Continue holding F8 down until you see a black and white DOS menu. I think Safe Mode is F3.
cl Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove
Install your software.
click Exit

This will explain SAFE MODE to you. http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=1643

Don't get upset when your computer comes out of Safe Mode. Your desktop icons will probably be moved. Just drag them back to where you want.

I don't think you can download in Safe Mode because Windows will not be loaded and you will not be on the internet.

When you are done in safe mode, reboot and log in with the administrator password. You will then be back to normal with access to everything.
