Let's see:
The circumference of the world is about 39,000 km.
Let's assume a human body occupies about 0.25 metres, shoulder to shoulder (adults and children). That makes four people to the metre, or 4000 to the kilometre
population of China= 1,100,000,000
1,100,000,000/4000 = 275,000 km.
enough to go around the cicumference of the world about 7 times!
The equator is about 70% water (pacific, Indian and Atlantic oceans) That means that about 750 million would drown!

more would drowned rather than those who live. however, if they were on land and stood around the equater, they would fill up the space.
