i got tickets to fenway for
1) giving up all my bar mitzvah money (over2,000 dollars)
2) gave up my party for my bar mitzvah
3) didnt say the "y" word for 2 years, still haven't (its been 3 years)
4)quit 2 baseball teams to get time to work for money
5) woke up every sunday morning at 6 to teach sunday school for money.
6) missed a week and a half of school to tour boston.
Went in september and saw the 3-Game series and New York, had seats 15 rows back right behind the dugout. Got a Pedrioa and Lester autograph and met Johnny Pesky.
I would give anything to go back

I am in charge of the season tickets at work. I just mark my name on the calendar for the games I want. It is a lot of extra work, listing the unwanted tickets on Stubhub or eBay, but it's worth it to be able to sadly inform everyone else that the playoff tickets are already reserved. Sorry.

And, here I sit, in Madras, Oregon (hometown of Jacoby Ellsbury-Boston Red Soxs) and dream of going to Fenway. In fact, I've put it on my top 10 list of things I want to do before I die! Hopefully, I'm not dying anytime too soon, I'm only 51. I've been thinking that I don't have to do or sacrifice, or give up to actually achieve my dreams/goals. With determination, alot of hard-work, (I'm retired) and my love for baseball/Boston Red Soxs, I will get there, somehow, someday. Just watch me! Put your mind to your goals and anythings possible.
