Does anybody else feel that freedom of speech is being violated. In Georgia people are being arrested because of swaggered pants worn below the waist. Clothing is part of speech. I am not from Georgia, but my mom is movin. Personnaly I think that the US is falling apart. Thank goodness for 2008 elections

I don't think that would be violating rights. But now a days the constitution is falling apart anyway. America is drawing away from it.

You couldn't be more misled. The mainstream news media is a horribly corrupt institution that is pounding propaganda into the minds of people like you.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! TELLING YOU TO PULL YOUR PANTS UP IS NOT A VIOLATION OF YOUR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS!

The lies told about the Republicans have been evil, and are falling apart before everyone's eyes. If you only read the newspaper or watch network television news, you'll never hear about it. You'll never hear the truth at all.

The news media is socialistic and is pushing for socialism to take over America.

Nope - sorry, that has already been litigated & LOST. The individual jurisdictions have the right to limit what you wear, so long as it does not provide a "substantial disruption." Wearing pants that fall off is a substantial disruption to many. Although I personally think it is in bad taste, I don't see it that way - but many jurisdictions do & they are legally within their right to pass such laws.

The US isn't falling apart, but I agree with you that making laws governing fashion is unconstitutional.
