if we mix water with oil and juice, and we separate water from the other the other liquids by using its boiling point, we can state that we use water's PHYSICAL PROPERTY or PHYSICAL CHANGE???

We use one of water's physical properties (boiling point) to go through with physical change (liquid --> gas / water --> water vapor).

When you boil off the water and then collect it by condensation, it is undergoing a physical change from liquid to vapour and back again.
