The Trend Micro website offers no help. I have gone in and removed the program a million times but, it's still there. I get a message saying something about the "paths being verified"???
How can I manually go into my computer and take it out??
Thanks to anyone who can help!!!!!!!!!! I don't wanna have to call Geek Squad!

Open Start and open run and type in: c://program files, click on browse, and open program files. If you see the file Trend Micro in with all your other files, delete the file. Then open start and search and type in Trend Micro and click search. All files that come up, delete them. (All the one related to Trend Micro).

You can go to start run and type in: regedit and click on "ok". (If you don't know what you are doing I would not advise you to try and remove the file from your registry. You may take out the wrong file and mess up your entire system).

Open the control panel for PC-Cillin and make sure that it's not running in the background. Next, do a regular uninstall using either the Windows uninstaller or the one that comes with PC-Cillin. Next, you may need to edit the Registry and remove the Trend Micro folder. But before you do anything in the Registry, be sure to back it up.
