For some women yes for other no. We all react different. Mine didn't change at all (mind you i have big ones from the start) but a friend of mine went up to cup sizes..

it can but its not a for sure thing. it depends on how the body reacts to the pregnancy hormone used in the pill. along with bust increase it can cause other things to increase as well such as stomach, thighs, waist. all the places women try to avoid but the body needs to gain weight since it thinks your pregnant.

well... as a secondary effect.
pills give you an appetite. if you will start to eat more then before , you will put weight ... and this can be distributed on your breasts too.
conclusion: pills work on getting you a fat ***. especially if you take them without any purpose :) That's why we live in times when condoms explode.

Yes sometimes, it depends on your body. I´ve read about women having their breasts grow due to them, mine did!
But when I went off the pill the size went away also.
It depends on your body, yours might grow or not.
